Welcome to my Gym's Diary
I just started subscribe at the Gym about 2 weeks ago..
I am concern about my health especially my look, which I think I already overweight (over than my recommended weight range), with my unhealthy lifestyle, my unhealthy food and stress..
Hopefully..with the effort that I have committed and willing to spend..I will reduce my weight, better shape and good health..
